Q:  I have new employees starting and I need some more entrance mats, how do I get additional products and services added to my account?
A:  Your Route Sales Representative can properly measure your employees and add them and any additional products that you desire.
Q:  I have a question about my invoice, who do I speak with?

Q:  Is there a charge for worn or damaged uniforms?
A:  We do not charge for replacement of uniforms that are worn due to normal wear and tear.  In most cases, we do have to charge a nominal replacement cost for uniforms that are damaged or lost at the fault of the wearer.
Q:  I thought all the uniform companies are the same.  Isn't your company just like all the others?
A:  In a word..."NO".  Rental Uniform Service is one of the most experienced uniform companies in the nation at 56 years and counting.  We are one of the only major suppliers in our region that is still family-owned and operated.  Our focus is directed toward customer satisfaction, not customer billing!  We believe that if we take care of the customer better, the bottom line takes care of itself.
Q:  Do you offer other facility service products besides uniforms and entrance mats?
A:  We sure do!  We offer a complete line of products to help your business run more efficiently and we deliver them to your door!  Our restroom supplies include soap, towels, toilet tissue and odor control products.  We can take care of your restaurant and hospitality needs with our linen programs, which offer cloth napkins, bar towels, aprons and grill pads.  We also offer custom logo products for direct purchase including embroidery and silk screening of shirts, hats, bags, etc.   See our Products page and Online Store for more information.
Q:  Why is there a service agreement for your programs?
A:  We offer high quality products and services at a substantial initial cost to our company.  We offer our programs on a term basis to ensure that our initial investment is protected.  The relationships we have with our customers are developed over many years and are built on mutual trust and fairness.
